Product Description
The system operates semi-continuously from roll to roll. The design of the high vacuum web coating system is based on the two chamber principle.The vacuum chamber is separated into a winding - and a process section.
Both sections are either with a roots blower or with an intermediate diffusion pump connected to a mechanical pumpset to gain the necessary pressure levels. When the working pressure is reached, the material to be metallized is moved from the unwind to the rewind side with adjustable speed while being exposed to the evaporator. In order to maintain low substrate temperature the substrate is in thermal contact with a machine cooled coating drum during the coating process.

Digital winding electronic, unwinding with transverse oszillation possible. two different rewind mode.
2. Spreader roller:
Metal straight spreader rollers for uniform tension across the total web width and uniform coating & rewinding.
3. Combined mode evaporation system for:
1)ALUMINIUM SOURCE
Thermal evaporator for resistance heated inter metallic composite. Continuous aluminium wire feed system which can be observation conveniently.
2)ZINC SOURCE
Radiation heated furnace for zinc evaporation. Nozzle plates for uniform or reinforced edge coating.
4. Advanced oil masking system:
Advanced oil masking system for the production of unmetallised stripes in web direction. Multi-position high precision remote controlled adjustment of the oil-evaporator tube with digital indication on the touch screen. Radiation oil heating & oil pollution preventive design.
5. Precision process control:
Industry PC control system base on windows operation with BECKHOFF TFT touch screen. Ethernet connection for easy remote diagnostic, data loging and software update and with safety interlocking.
